A: Generally most colour processing orders are completed within 48hrs, though some larger orders may take us a little bit longer! B&W film usually takes around 4-5 days to complete. E6 takes about 1 week.

Q: How long will Memento store my negatives?

A: Our policy is to store all negatives for a minimum of 30 days. We try our best to keep all negatives for as long as possible, but because space is limited, we strongly recommend that you contact us if you are not able to pick them up within 30 days of your drop off.
